This product was not what I expected it has these 4 rods that goes inside of each corner of the basket and they do not stay in place so it makes it hard for the basket to stay standing. As far as shipping that was on time. I don't think I would refer this product to anyone because it is not worth the money.

Item came on time, emails kept me up to date on the arrival and item was described and pictured exactly as I received it. Packaging was great and item was not damaged at all, even though it was a small, very heavy item (a cast iron Dutch oven pot). I would purchase again from this retailer.

While I received the Dutch oven fairly quickly, it did not have the handle holders that showed in the advertisement. When I called Walmart, they said there was nothing they could do about it. The product came in a box with only Chinese writing on it, so I could not contact the seller
