Cast Iron Griddle

This is an almost great griddle. It is well seasoned and cleaning is so easy. All you need to do normally is a scrape and a wipe. If it needs more, a little room temperature water will do the trick, just be sure and oil that area. Over cleaning is the worse thing you can do to cast iron.

I love this bread oven. It is heavy and well made. It came packed very nicely in it's own box. But, the shipping box was much to large and not enough packing to stabilize it from moving around, but it was unharmed. It is quite a pretty pan and will be used frequently.

My husband's grill has started to get a little rough looking, with lots of rust. I thought he deserved an upgrade, but didn't want to spend the money on a whole new grill. This cast iron griddle is perfect! Goes right on top of his grill and makes it good as new! Love that we can make all the flat top grill recipes you see all over social media as still have some delicious burgers with grill lines. Great material, super easy to clean. It was probably the least expensive one I could find, but has exceeded my expectations! Super happy with it!
