It's exactly as expected! I couldn't be happier! Water tastes and feels like it should once again. I replaced a 16 year old unit that died several years ago but I was keeping it on life support. With the help of YT videos, I was able to hook this up myself and now the world is a better place.

If you read the instructions carefully, follow them meticulously (new manual version is great), this is a straight forward easy install. The digital setup for the control head is a little bit of a learning curve, but again, the instructions are pretty clear. You need some basic plumbing skills to install this correctly, but if you can do that, then the install is fairly easy. I downloaded the install manuals from the website ahead of time, read them thoroughly to familiarize myself with all the parts and installation. That helped. Everything arrived by UPS in excellent condition, and some of the parts were already assembled, saving me some time and trouble. We've had a water softener for many years, and this unit provides great quality softened water. The price is very fair considering the free delivery. I did have to call customer service one time about an EXTRA part they sent me, and found that service to be quick, friendly, and helpful. It's a nice looking unit too, very clean and neat in appearance. I'm very pleased so far. Remember, don't rush the install or the unit setup, follow the instructions to a T, and you'll be very happy with this unit.

Tall and slim does not take her as much room as our other water softener, easy and convenient to use has an easy timer for the back flushing

really good water softner. i used to buy dish soap once a week now it last 2 weeks or longer. My hair and skin is so much softer. My dishwasher doesnt leave hard water film on my dishes.

well save your money buy it from home depot..it does not come with the kitchen filtration system, even though it is pictured %26 the name says WHOLE HOUSE....thought we were saving alil money turns out just didnt get half of what i thought was coming in the package..

This thing has caused destroyed my plumbing. I was sent a defective item. Complete overflow of silica beads into my plumbing system causing major damage and the necessity of an emergency plumber. All my spigots, faucets, and appliances are full of silica. My entire water system had to be backwashed and my refrigerator is destroyed.
