My fan from Walmart is PERFECT for the living room, it is quiet and perfect for watching tv and still feeling cool. I cannot use my AC because it makes a very long and large rattling sound and since its located in the living room, I have to keep my TV volume on very high and that bothers my neighbors upstairs and next door.
