One of the main reasons I made this purchase is for the health benefits cooking with cast. As well,I have many recipes from Pinterest,for Dutch Oven Bread. It makes a delicious crusty loaf and turns out perfect every time. Plus great to roast a chicken ,or make a country beef stew with biscuits on top! Loving it!!!
