This is a great toaster. Its style and design fit my kitchen decor perfectly. It's extremely easy to use. And I absolutely love that easy pull out tray for the crumbs to clean out the toaster after every use on the back of the toaster. The one negative thing I have to say is that it gets extremely hot during and after use you must let it cool down before you touch it to move it if you want to move it. I absolutely recommend this product.
