Have another one just like it, I had it for 6-12 months The brew button would not start brewing, so had to get one, can't do without coffee. I will keep receipt of purchase this time. I keep them clean and I don't abuse it. I guess just faulty. Everything was working just fine before this.

I am replacing a Mr. Coffee machine and wanted just a basic coffee maker. First pot of coffee made I put the same amount of coffee as my other machine and the coffee was weak. Adjusted for the second pot and was fine. The only reason for the 4 star review is the temperature of the coffee after brewed. I have to microwave the coffee for 20 seconds to get it nice and hot. Otherwise a decent machine for the price.
