This was awesome while it lasted. And not to say it actually failed, but my kid didn't listen, went in the road and got hit by a motorcycle. The scooter is broken, metal parts broke, it doesn't turn easily but the battery stayed in tact. My kid got pretty hurt, and the scooter is totaled. While it was functional, it was great, I even rode it comfortably. the reverse to slow down was a nice feature as well as the lights. Big tires let it drive over cracks in the pavement with ease.

Our scooter experienced an E4 error. After contacting the seller via email their remedy was to purchase a new throttle to correct the issue as it was outside of specific warranty. I hope that this corrects our issue and helps someone else.
