I would recommend gluing the plastic pegs into their proper positions and letting them dry overnight It makes the assembly much easier. I would also recommend placing the construction grid flat on the floor as you assemble it. It makes squaring it up much easier. Also, when you attach the two end pieces, I would suggest marking the holes with a black marker to make them more visible (make a crosshair on the holes). Then, do not immediately butt the end pieces to the side pieces, but make sure you have a pretty good gap between the end pieces and the side pieces. Why do this? To be able to see the tips of the screw holes and ensusre they line up with the marked holes. Then, line up the tips of the screws into the screw holes which were marked with the crosshairs. Again, the gap between the end piece and the side piece allows you to see the hole crosshairs better. Yeah, you really do need to get the screws into the holes perfectly, or you will have to essentially screw a new hole into the side pieces. When you have all four screws lined up into the holds, start the tightening process, alternating between the four screws. This is great product, but it does take a little work with the screws on the end pieces to ensure that the end result is a square organizer. And use a square when you are putting on the end pieces!
