heavy duty very beautiful made well you would have thought it cost $20 what a great value that is I'm glad I didn't get a plastic one I'm glad I got a ceramic glass one everybody else was charging $20 or more for something like this thank you mainstay I didn't think I could afford a glass ceramic one I thought I had to get plastic but I didn't do thank you again

Best butter dish out there and super price!

Better than I hoped. Holds a full square of Irish butter, still fits in refrigerator compartment. This stoneware can be left out on counter for days at a time making butter easily spread. I prefer it to my expensive “butter bell”. Definitely recommend.

This is not the prettiest butter dish you'll ever see, but if you just need a ceramic one to keep your butter fresh, this does the trick. The price was great, too. I know, because I shopped around quite a bit before I decided on this one. It's solid. It easily holds two sticks. I'm satisfied.
