Good Product
I have only used this product for about two weeks now, but I have no complaints so far. I liked my last Keurig, but it had issues with the descaling mechanism. Even after cleaning the light would remain on. I am anxious to see if this problem has been resolved with the new one. Right now, it is too soon to tell. Bottom line, thus far, we like the coffee maker, but only time will tell.
