This toaster is a nice upgrade to our previous one. I like the fact that the slots are wide enough for bagels, which we eat frequently. It's also very easy to dial in the type of toast you want and how dark you want it. That alone makes it a great toaster. It toasts evenly on all sides of the bread or bagel.
