This toaster is great! It's very easy to use and there are a variety of options including your basic toaster, but also less typical features such as bagel, defrost, and reheat (can reheat your toast without re-toasting/burning it, which I found very useful). The toaster has 4-slots which is great especially when making my whole family breakfast because I can toast the bread all at once instead of waiting with traditional 2-slice toasters. Additionally, we found that the wide slots on the toaster were helpful for grabbing the toast after it was done. Overall, I found this toaster to be very user friendly and also loved how it toasted our bread!
