NEVER RETURN ONLINE ITEM WITHOUT YOUR ORDER NUMBER

Ordered the wrong lanolin. Went to return at store, didn't have the order number, only had screen shot of shipping list. Cost $7 more online. Store couldn't honor price I had paid. My fault, NEVER return an online item with out your receipt!!!
