I pump most of the time because my baby doesn't latch well. I still try to nurse but because of his tongue tie he has a shallow latch so i end up with painful nipples. So i have tried the madela, lansinoh and i can say by far this is my favorite. i'm about to buy the 2 pack now because i love it that much. it's moisturizing, lightweight, if you use body heat it doesn't give you little weird balls like some people have reviewed. Using your body heat makes it smoother to apply. i just throw it in my waist band and it works great. AND you can use this as a pump libricant and it leaves no residue.
