This pan is well made and cooks evenly. After watching YouTube videos on how to cook with (%26 clean) stainless steel, I am enjoying using it! I have arthritis in my hands %26 wrists, so having two small handles on either side of the pan makes it easier and safer to lift %26 use. It doesn't take up as much room on the stove top either. I am very satisfied with the design and functionality of this 6qt frying pan with a lid!!

This is by for my favorite pan!

I just got this pan and have been using it ever since I got it. The first dish I made with it was chicken marsala, and it came out fantastic. It browned evenly throughout the whole pan. It didn't burn and everything came out golden brown like it should have. When it came time for me to heat up the oil with the butter in it, it did it equally. I put the chicken in and had the heat up on medium-high because of how many pieces I put in and I wanted it to brown quickly. It didn't burn nor did it burn the oil. I highly recommend this pan and the lid was just the icing on the cake! I cook every day and let me tell you this thing is a game changer for me!!
