The box that the pan was in was opened on both ends and the plastic wrap was obviously not "factory" wrapped. I believe this product was a returned item that was sold as new. I am not happy with this purchase, but it was too hard for me to return it. Not everyone has a printer or the ability to drop packages at a location such as FedEx or UPS.

The skillet is actually even better than the advertisement. That does happen sometimes. Thanks Walmart for selling such a nice piece of cookware.
