It's not so bad at all.

This is the 71” play yard in grey and it came with a foam play mat for the bottom, four pull up handles, and a small bag of multicolored balls. I am a 56 year old Grandma and I put it together all by myself. Tip, do not pull the styrofoam off the poles until you read the directions. I didn't have the problem others had with the mat not fitting. Tomorrow I will wait for my friend to come so we can stand on each end of the upper poles and push them together more tightly. Then we will see if this can withstand the strength of my big, beautiful grandson. If not, I will update, but so far this isn't bad. And my cats just love it! Chuckles. Also, the foam mat isn't that thick, you can see in the pictures I used my thumb nail to compare. I will have to put his tummy time yoga mats underneath it to make it more cushioning because I have all wood floors throughout my home.
