The toaster cooks the bread, bagel, poptart, eggo, or whatever you want to cook in it to perfection. Several levels of dark or lightness is available just by twisting the dials. It is a good toaster and I think it is the best I have ever had, I have a large family so a 4 piece toaster is a must! Easy to clean!
