Make sure the control connector is securely attached to the pad connector. Push both parts together for a tight fit. After the control is connected to the pad, plug it into 120V AC electrical outlet. To turn the pad on, press the power button. Then select from 6 heat settings by heating setting button. 1 is the lowest, and 6 is the highest. 1st press to increase the heating level. After heating level 6. Press the power button to turn off the product.

100% would recommend this heating pad!! It's so big, I can almost wrap it around my whole waist. Much bigger than a traditional heating pad. Great when you have back pain and cramps at the same time or neck and back pain at the same time. I even use it to heat my bed up before I get under the covers at night. You can set the temp from 100°-150° and can choose auto shut off every half hour up to 3 hours. And it's super soft! 🥰
