Soft, heavy duty, stays warm for a long time.
I like how comfortable it feels to the touch. It is pretty heavy duty and seems like it will last a life time. It comes with a 1 year warranty from the manufacture which hopefully i wont be needing. It does say in the product guide that the first few times you heat it up, it will have an earthy smell to it. To me that doesn't smell to bad. It has clay beads and other beads which is why it gives off that smell. The heat lasts for a long time and i only have it in the microwave for 2 minutes. It doesn't burn me either which is what i have had a problem with from past orders of this kind of product. If you can get it at its reduced price, i highly recommend you do get it.

I really like this microwave heating pad, the heat stays in it for a long time. When I first bought it I assumed that it was an electric heating pad and when I received it I thought I'd need to return it because I bought a similar product years ago and I didn't like it. But I followed the instructions to a t and this one works beautifully! And it's kind of nice to not have another thing plugged into the wall.
