We warrant that all Company products will be free from defects in material and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”) for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase) or for the applicable minimum required warranty period in the location where the product is sold (the “Limited Warranty Period”). If any covered defect is discovered during the Limited Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option, repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you. We use this seat ALL the time. It is wonderful to take for when visiting someone or going somewhere where there will not be a high chair. It has straps so that it can be secured to an adult chair. I love that the seat is flat and promotes good sitting posture and I love that it doesn't recline. I LOVE that all the pieces modulate and store together easily. Even the back support piece clicks into the bottom of the seat when you're done with it, which is brilliant design IMO. I also love that the tray easily hides away and clicks back in for use. Baby seems comfortable in it. I would totally buy this again.
