works great not loud as most are the description says it will use 18v battery is why i ordered it but it only has a 20v battery connection, so i ended up buying a 20v battery to run it. I tried to contact seller and no reply from them The Vacuum is a great for job site use really nice vacuum...

i had it in my head that this would charge a battery while plugged in. it doesn't. so when you buy it, also get the batteries and the charging Station. other than that I'm happy with the vacuum.
