I ordered this after hearing about making paninis and I am so happy with it! This is all you ever need. It will go flat to grill, it flips to a flat grill so you can fry eggs or other stuff! I also ordered a set to be able to make waffles, oh my, what a wonderful grill this is with all I can do with it! Amazing, just amazing ! One single machine on my counter that has so many uses! The waffles taste so good. I bought the Belgian waffle plates too and they really enhance the waffles. The deeper ‘trenches' hold the butter, syrup and the extra thickness makes them restaurant quality.
