Excellent ground beef. Just the right amount of "juice" and the right amount of meat-to-fat ratio. Flavor %26 texture is consistent %26 delicious. There's no off-taste at all. Extremely fresh. Can't afford beef very often which is why I will go without for periods of time in order to buy this one and not settle for mediocre.
