A pinnacle of EVOO perfection and my favorite of the high-flavor oils. A real zingy peppery moment, then a complex flavor experience that livens up even a simple slice of bread. Its better to have tried some other upper-end EVOOs first, because this has an especially brisk aspect that might take a little getting used to.

I did quite a bit of research on Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to find out that the brands I had originally bought were not pure as I thought. After the research I decided to get this brand and it's like night and day. This tastes like olive oil, it is unrefined, no other oils added. Pure olive oil and cold pressed. I had no idea. The taste by itself is 10 out of 10 and the fact that they put a certification of the harvest date on the bottle. It is super great. I am pretty annoyed that I was taken in by false advertising of other brands of olive oil. Do your research and try this one.

I researched many olive oil's, and this one came up as highly rated on several searches. This olive oil does not disappoint if you like a robust peppery taste. 10/10 happy with this purchase. Great pop up top. Nice bottle. This would make a great gift. To me, this is the best tasting olive oil I have ever tried. I will definitely be buying this on a regular basis.
