I really like the pop-up poor feature on this product. It has an appealing color, taste and aroma. It is definitely California, so if you're thinking you'll get Italy in this bottle, you won't. Most palettes wouldn't notice the difference;-) I use it for baking/roasting, but the smoke point is not really geared towards frying. It's great on toast for those fellow vegans:-)

Olive oil is the only oil I use for all of my cooking purposes. this has a nice, pleasant, not overly bitter flavor and I love that it's got the pop-up spout so you don't accidentally dump a bunch into your food or pan. very convenient. I have purchased several times and will continue to purchase.

Light tasting and easy to use oil

The olive oil is very light tasting and the built in pour spout is very convenient! I highly recommend because it does not have a strong taste like some olive oils. I like the square glass bottle for the easier grip when using as I cook. It also feels kind sort of fancy😁.
