I've never used one before but am making several loaves a week using the pamphlet of recipes that comes with it. I do wish there were more recipes provided. It's a big tricky to try outside recipes or adapt things because I'm a beginner. Very good value for $70. The only negative is I'm gaining weight because I can't stop myself from eating bread. Hah.
