Not easy to apply %26 caused my eyes to burn! I've used Solbar Zinc for about 50 years…have loved it. Could not find it , so thought this might be Person %26 Covey 's new version of that. It is not even close!

Flickers
I bought this mirror and had it installed professionally. It worked for about a week and then started flickering on and off after about 10 minutes of use. I exchanged it for a new one. It did the same thing. The electrician has checked the lines and suspects the mirrors have faulty drivers. It's too bad because I really love the mirror.
