Lundberg Family Farms Rice
Lundberg Family Farms® Heirlooms Organic White Long Grain Rice 32 oz. Stand-Up Bag is the very best California rice. My doctor has told me not to buy rice from anywhere but California and NOT to buy brown because of the arsenic content that comes from the other states. Lundberg cooks really well and depending on whether you buy white long grain, Basmati, Jasmine, they do exactly what they are supposed to do. The Basmati is dry and separates really well. I highly recommend Lundberg. Read their history above. I buy white long grain and Jasmine as I love the smell and taste.

Excellent!
I trust the Lundberg rice products. Evidently all rice products, whether organic or not, have decent levels of arsenic. Lundberg does testing and posts the results on their site, which is much appreciated and saves me time/hassles of contacting companies and asking them to send me their testing results. This rice is organic and has a great taste and texture that is sure to please. It is also a good source of fiber and is gluten-free, making it a great choice for anyone with dietary restrictions. My first attempt produced a little sticky result, but I had cooked the rice in a full pot of water. I followed the instructions for the next batch using the 1 cup of rice to 1.5 cups water and it was much better, producing separate fluffy grains. This is easily my favorite white rice. Once appropriately rinsed it cooks up beautifully as you follow package instructions. Iherb had a favorable price and it was quickly received. I appreciate both very much.

DELICIOUS!
I LOVE THIS RICE!!! It tastes amazing and is high quality. It's perfectly packaged, and I love how convenient it is to use. My favorite thing to make is sun-dried tomato paprika rice (with a little bit of cumin, tumeric, and sauteed onion with extra virgin olive oil). Delicious.
