It feels like cheap hard plastic. The handle could be better bigger, rounder so its easier for the hands. This is the most expensive Hamper I bought but feels like the cheapest. It only looks good and I like the design but not quality or worth the money spent.Next time I would go for the ones that has a Rubberized feel to it not so hard plastic.
