This is amazing. After suffering an acute kidney injury last year lifting heavy pots of water for water bath canning was a bit uncomfortable. This makes it so much easier. I literally place it on the countertop next to my sink and fill with several pitchers of water. Preheat and then process whatever I am canning and then place the spout over my sink and empty the water. Easy to use just program what time you need no need to sit and watch . I highly recommend this canner.

I love this scanner that's what it says. It will do makes scanning pickles and salsa so much easier how to recommend it. I didn't get it on sale so it was very good bargain. In my opinion. I've been a canner for years and this is a wonderful product.

Nice canner for high acid foods.

This is the first electric canner we've owned. We have made salsa and are getting ready to can tomato juice. It's very easy to use. One thing I assumed that was not true was you could can green beans in it but you CANNOT. I did not fully research before buying. It is only a water bath canner. We have been completely satisfied with what we can do.
