Bought to replace my 20 year old Brita filter
my mom gave me a Brita 20 years ago and I still use it but it is always getting a buildup of white particles on the rim and it's annoying. I saw this one and bought it to replace my 20 yr old one and I'm sure this new one will last me 20 years too because they are built to last. my original was a 10 cup one and I have fibromyalgia and when it's flared up I would have trouble lifting it and so far this smaller 6 cup one is mush easier to carry. I also like the filter reset button.

great pitcher to have on hand especially for the kiddos! they drink a lot of water so I bought this in replacement of water bottles. with 1 filter it gives you about 2 months worth of filtration which beats the cost of water bottles any day. only thing is that tap water is always going to taste like tap water and it took us some time to get used to. neat design, easy to refill when empty and easy to replace water filter.
