Got this for my 93 yr old father in law who suffers from tremors. This is perfect for ice cream, cottage cheese, and any other dessert he eats with a spoon. The suction is super strong, the bowl will not move. It is not a large bowl, it doesn't work for cereal for him. It will be good for kids too
