I want to say this is a pretty good product I don't know if it will Outlast it's own claims or whatever longevity-wise but yeah I just took like one scoop of my big casserole spoon and toss it in and it was enough for a big old casserole 13x9 I used a whole stick of butter one big spoon of this and a little cream and it turned out great. expect to stir a little more or do a little pre-mix with it and the butter and cream rather than just put it in dry and you'll have a better time it will mix if you stir enough or just yeah mix it beforehand it's fine. seems like they used more cheese and less maltodextrin which in my opinion good thing, more cheese, but also a tiny bit more elbow grease. 5 out of 5 stars on this so far I don't know how it will taste in a year or whatever their claims are but as for the first dish yeah I'm happy.

This stuff is amazingly delicious and easy to use. It retains its tanginess after cooking, but does have a bit of thickener in it, so anything you make with it needs some heat for it to dissolve fully and get its smooth texture. I've used it in mac and cheese, but it really shined in scalloped potatoes. I used regular cheeses, too, but I dusted every layer with this, and it was terrific. It added a ton of piquant flavor that soaked into the potatoes and made a little saucy cheese, while it helped absorb excess liquid. I'm excited to try new ways of using it.
