(Open Box) Gourmia GCM4225 15-Bar Espresso Maker with Powerful Frothing Wand, Black

hi I bought this little machine as my mother enjoys FROTHY COFFEE.. anyway..took me about a half hour to get the coffee ground piece onto the machine ..after a couple of time it became a tiny bit easier but I have to hope the entire machine and brace it beside my body to lock it in place ..also had issues with plastic ..burning plastic smell and taste ..did a clean and realized that I only used the side dial to try to steam the milk and that was what was causing it ...you also have to press the foam button 🤭..anyway I have managed to have two decent coffees out of it ..after many attempts..the burning plastic smell is really an issue tho ..and having to wrestle the hot machine to lock on the coffee is also frustrating

I prepared the machine as instructed. The expresso we made tasted and smelled like burnt plastic. We tried 3 times with no success.
