ALAS ! 4 Me this works !

1st time tryer of this product. I waited on an empty stomach this AM until my delivery was made and upon receiving my order I immediately poured 1 bottle of my Equate Nutri Shake into a tall glass with ice then filled up the bottle with cold ice water , shook the bottle vigorously and added it to my shake making a 50/50 mixture and found out how delicious a geriatric supplement could be after turning 63 I thought I better acquiesce to reality and accept my age . No more yummy Dairy Queen , and I though I would die. I've been depressed , but this product gave me new hope. I can freeze this and still have a semblance of ice cream with had been my favorite vegetable since I could walk .

My Husband loves these shakes, drinks them on a daily basis. We're just disappointed how they recently changed the quantity in the box from 24 to 16 bottles. The carbs are low and this brand is the cheapest compared to other brands.
