Back to the oven for me

It mixes everything perfectly, but it doesn't cook well. The outside of the bread is hard and chewy and the inside doesn't cook completely and is gummy. i have tried it on 2 settings and it will not cook completely. Lots of wastes ingredients and zero edible bread. Disappointing.
