If you're even thinking about these- you NEED these! I've always had concerns over flies in my cat's food. These dishes solve that pesky problem I've been having with cat food for years. Some of my cats won't even eat wet food because they get stomach aches after the wet food attracts flies. These dishes solve that problem and any attracted roach/rat problems as well. They're aesthetically lovely to look at and are very high quality. When the dish opens up, the sound is whisper quiet- and won't scare a cat. Where have these been all my life? This is my best purchase of the year. I'm glad I took the risk on these. I'm so grateful- they're absolutely perfect.
