I use this as a salad dressing, as well as a dipping sauce for a LOT of different foods. It's my favorite and I use it several times per week. I don't find much difference in taste between the lite and original versions, so I tend to get the lite. Might not be the healthiest thing, so I typically use a tablespoon or less each time I use it.
