if you like the taste of the salad dressing at the Olive garden itself, you will like this. when at the Olive garden itself we ordered One bowl of regular Olive garden dressing on a salad, and a second bowl with the light Olive garden dressing. I ordered it light with a low calorie meal because I'm on a diet. other people at my table ask to try it. it is a bit thinner than the regular dressing but overall the taste is the same. not one of us could tell the difference between the regular and the dietetic by taste. slightly thinner each vegetable in the salad is not covered quite as well, if you prefer a heavy coating of dressing on your salad. but I said earlier with your eyes closed you really can't tell the difference. yes I highly recommend it

I've been looking high and low for a decent low cal Italian dressing. To me, it tastes like Olive Garden's regular Italian Dressing, which is good. It is a tad thin, but it's perfect for salads, sandwiches, or a marinade. The price is a little steep, but it's worth it to me. I've lost over 50 lbs and foods like this are what help me.
