Cook the Perfect Rice: Add & bring to a boil over high heat. 2 c cold water. 1 c rice & 1/4 tsp salt. Reduce heat to low, stir once then cover for 20 minutes (All stoves vary, practice makes perfect!). Remove from heat when all water is absorbed. Let sit & fluff.
