The box arrived intact, however it had moisture within the plastic wrapping inside the box and Styrofoam. The lid had marks all over the top and did not look new. To buy something that advertises "fingerproof finish" and receive it with a type of tarnished surface isn't acceptable nor was being asked to keep it for an $8 or $20 refund, when the total is right at $70. I have asked to return it and be refunded.
