It has improved back to the eye liner I love.

In past years there have been issues with the depth of color and consistency as well as how water proof it was. I find that now those issues have been corrected to make it once again the same Wet'N'Wild eye liner I always loved.

I am so happy to have found this eyeliner. It has a brush with a thin tip so you get a slim line as opposed to a "just woke up, smeared look. Not only that it is less expensive than the traditional brands which I will not mention. Great product, Wet n Wild!!
