I was not impressed with the advertisement of the product. It said you could vacuum WARM ASH. That's why I paid more for it. What little paperwork came with it says it cannot handle warm ash. I believe it is misleading! There was no paperwork on the dolly or directions to get the wheels to stay on. Cheaply made and false advertising means I VERY MUCH DISLIKE THIS PRODUCT AND YOUR PROMOTION OF IT!
