Good taste, slightly tangy and also creamy smooth with a sweet top flavor. I use as a dip for sandwiches other meals for my medical dry mouth issue. I use this with many foods, helping me swallow, after trying several other things that don't work -- and it not only goes down better it's a good flavor for a number of dishes, even fruit, veggies, chicken or beef (meats). I don't pick up any salty or garlicky tastes, just the flavor that's quite similar to the old American style called FRENCH dressing, which had : ketchup, paprika, vegetable oil, onion garlic powder, sugar, apple cider vinegar. If you like teriyaki, sweet n sour sauce, and or honey mustard and liked the popular 'French dressing' [non lite version], I think you'll enjoy the flavor and creaminess of this dressing.
