Sauder Orchard Hills 6 Drawer Dresser, Carolina Oak finish

Bought this dresser for my son's room, (he's 13), and it really looks nice. My husband and I put it together within 2 1/2 hrs, give or take. It comes completely disassembled and extremely heavy, I could barely get it into the door after Fed-Ex dropped it off, had to push and drag it. All the drawer handles and metal slides for the drawers had to be screwed on, along with the top, sides, middle and kick plate boards. The drawers themselves, were pretty easy to put together. The dresser is not solid oak, just oak finish, it's mostly all particle board, but thick and sturdy, especially the top, very sturdy to put things on. I accidently dropped a side board, to one of the big drawers on my hard tile floor, while putting it together, and it took a chunk off of the corner of it. We then noticed on the instruction booklet, it said to go on Sauder.com if you need replacement parts, so I did, and very easily put in the model # and the item #, and was sent a replacement board, free of charge, and got it within a week, very happy about that! I am glad I bought this, it really does make my son's room look more grown up.

I was sceptic,but very pleased with this dresser when i recieved it. very well packed, no damage. Very easy to put together- about 2 1/2 hours. Great looking in the bedroom. If i had anything bad to say, it would be that the drawer bottoms could be a bit sturdier. This however is not a problem. Very satisfied, and would recomend for anyone.
