I went in strong and decided to start my rowing at a level 8 resistance (the highest it goes) and it SEEMED easy at first, but within 5 minutes I was working up a sweat and could really feel my heart rate accelerating nicely. This thing engages your legs, abs, arms, chest, and back all in one simple motion! I'm a hige fan after only 3 days of having it assembled and can't wait to start seeing results. **Only took about 45 mins to build this sucker on my own.

With this rowing machine I get a full body work out with adjustable degrees of difficulty. No weights to fool with, no balance problems, just pull and glide. Reminds me of my youth on the lake.
