Comfortable and Affordable yoga mat

I've been using the Athletic Works Yoga Mat (TPE with EPDM) for a few days now, and I'm actually really happy with it. The first thing I noticed is how soft and cushioned it feels. The 6mm thickness makes it comfortable for sitting and kneeling poses, which is great during pregnancy or long workouts. It also has a good grip — it doesn't slide around on the floor, and my hands don't slip even when I'm doing stretches. Thick and comfortable!

My kids absolutely love using it with me and I love getting them involved as well. The size of this is amazingly big! The grip is out of this world. The comfort of using this is top tier!! Easy, comfortable, and amazing grip couldn't ask for a better product! Eco-friendly is even better! The thickness of this is what brings me back to using it over and over
