Gaiam 6mm Ultra-Sticky Alignment 1 Yoga Mat - Viola

Great mat at this price point, better than expected. I was tempted to purchase a very expensive mat to meet my needs (but I knew it was too expensive) and I am so glad I got this one instead. I love the lines on this so that I can align my body and practice good form, this mat is a little thicker than my previous mat without sacrificing my steadiness. It is so much better on my knees. Sticky is not the correct work, "grippy" is what it really is. I feel so sturdy and firm in my poses. Much easier to wipe down and keep clean and smelling fresh as well. I looked and shopped for quite a while and looked at many places and at many price points, this mat really met all my expectations and did not make me feel badly about spending too much but also gives my the satisfaction of knowing I have a quality mat that is good for me.
